2022-2023 Education-Teaching Year Spring Semester Make-up Exam Program (10.07.2023-Update)

2022-2023 Education-Teaching Year Spring Term Make-up Exams Programs have been added below.

Students who want to apply for the make-up exam for the purpose of grade improvement should fill out the Grade Improvement Purpose Make-up Exam Application Form below and send it to our Faculty's email no later than Thursday, 06.07.2023, by 17:30. 

Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Exam Regulation Article 20:

(4) (Amended: O.G.18/08/2014-29092) To be able to take the make-up exam; the student must have met the conditions to take the semester/year-end exams of the courses.

a) Make-up exams for the courses of that semester/year are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar at the end of the semester/year.

b) Courses that students could not attend the semester/year-end exam despite meeting all the conditions to take the semester/year-end exam and the courses they attended the semester/year-end exam but failed (FF and FD) are included in the make-up exam list.

c) Students who received a grade of DD or above at the end of the relevant semester exam can participate in the make-up exam for the purpose of grade improvement by selecting and approving the course/courses (the course/courses registered in the relevant semester) through the automation information system.

ç) The grade obtained in the make-up exam is considered as the semester-end exam grade of that course, regardless of the previous success grade, the final success grade is taken as the basis.
